Tak jarang banyak orang rela begadang demi menonton tim kesayangannya bertanding. Namun tahukah kamu jika nonton\u00a0TV dalam jangka waktu yang lama, berbahaya bagi paru-paru?<\/p>\n<h3>Nonton Piala Dunia Terlalau Lama Berisiko Terkena Emboli Paru<\/h3>\n<p>Duduk berjam-jam sambil menonton TV membuat aliran darah di bagian bawah tubuh menjadi terhambat. Hal ini menyebabkan darah berkumpul di sekitar pergelangan kaki dan menimbulkan bengkak hingga <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/skin-problems-and-treatments\/news\/20140924\/varicose-vein-treatments-all-work-but-arent-quite-equal\">varises<\/a>, yang kemudian berujung pada penggumpalan darah. Ketika darah mengendap dan akhirnya membeku, gumpalan ini bisa terlepas dan mengalir balik ke jantung, kemudian masuk ke pembuluh paru atau dapat disebut emboli paru.<\/p>\n<p>Emboli paru yang cukup besar dapat menyebabkan nyeri dada dan kesulitan bernapas. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan rusaknya paru-paru dan gagal jantung yang dapat berujung pada kematian.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mengurangi risiko emboli paru, beberapa ahli menyarankan Sobat Sehat untuk beranjak bangun setidaknya satu kali setiap jam di sela-sela menonton Piala Dunia. Konsumsi kafein<\/p>\n<p>Mengkonsumsi minuman berkafein, seperti kopi atau minuman berenergi dapat membuat tubuh menjadi lebih fit. Namun batasi asupan kafein sekitar 100-200mg tiap harinya atau setara dengan 1 hingga 2 cangkir kopi perhari.<\/p>\n<p>2. Sisihkan waktu untuk tidur siang<\/p>\n<p>Pejamkan mata sejenak selama 10-30 menit pada jam istirahat. Setelah itu Sobat sehat akan terbangun dengan tubuh yang segar kembali, meski telah begadang semalaman.<\/p>\n<p>3. Jangan diam Saat berada di kantor<\/p>\n<p>Sobat Sehat bisa melakukan olahraga ringan seperti jalan cepat, naik turun-tangga, lari di tempat, atau senam ringan yang bisa membuat tubuh bergerak. Aktivitas ini bisa meningkatkan kinerja otak. Terlibat dalam sebuah percakapan juga bisa membuat Sobat Sehat tetap terjaga.<\/p>\n<p>4. Terangi ruangan kerja<\/p>\n<p>Usahakan untuk selalau berada di ruangan yang terang untuk menghindari efek ingin tidur setelah begadang semalaman. Sobat Sehat juga bisa berjemur dibawah matahari sejenak agar tetap terjaga.<\/p>\n<p>5. Mandi air dingin<\/p>\n<p>Usir kantuk dengan mandi atau memcuci muka dengan air dingin. Suhu dingin dapat merangsang aktivitas saraf di dalam tubuh, sehingga rasa kantuk akan berkurang.
