Mengapa \u201cdatang bulan\u201d bisa terjadi secara tidak teratur? Bagaimana cara melancarkan menstruasi secara aman?<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><b>Penyebab Menstruasi Tidak Lancar<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\">Wanita dengan alat reproduksi normal biasanya mengalami menstruasi setiap 24 hingga 38 hari sekali, dengan periode sekitar tiga hingga delapan hari. Tetapi, Sobat Sehat mungkin mengalami menstruasi tidak teratur jika tanggal menstruasi selalu berubah setiap bulan, darah yang keluar terlalu banyak atau sedikit dibanding biasanya, atau periode menstruasi tidak pernah sama.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Penyebab menstruasi tidak lancar sangat beragam. Ada yang karena perubahan hormon (misalnya saat pubertas atau menjelang menopause), pemakaian pil KB atau obat tertentu, stres, hingga kehamilan atau menyusui. Beberapa kondisi atau penyakit juga bisa mempengaruhi siklus menstruasi, seperti penebalan dinding rahim, obesitas, gangguan produksi tiroid, hingga <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/diabetes\/qa\/what-is-polycystic-ovary-syndrome\"><i>Polycystic Ovary Syndrome<\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Gaya hidup juga bisa mempengaruhi siklus menstruasi. Tetapi, jika penyebabnya bukan berasal dari ketiga hal tersebut, cobalah beberapa cara berikut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"western\">Ubah pola makan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Makanan bergizi bisa membantu melancarkan kerja organ reproduksi serta produksi hormon. Pastikan Sobat Sehat menyantap sumber-sumber protein nabati, vitamin, dan mineral secara teratur. Perbanyak protein rendah lemak, sayur, buah, dan air putih di dalam menu.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Miliki pola gerak badan yang seimbang<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Terlalu banyak atau kurang olahraga sama-sama bisa menghambat menstruasi yang lancar, jadi pastikan Sobat Sehat hidup seimbang. Luangkan waktu minimal 20 menit untuk olahraga ringan seperti jalan cepat, lari, atau senam, setidaknya tiga kali seminggu. Lakukan peregangan ringan setiap dua jam jika sering duduk lama.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Atur pola hidup agar bisa istirahat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Stres dan kurang istirahat bisa menghambat menstruasi. Pastikan Sobat Sehat menyusun ulang jadwal kegiatan, agar punya waktu untuk tidur nyenyak minimal enam jam semalam.
