Slogan 4 Sehat 5 Sempurna sekarang telah berganti menjadi Pedoman Gizi Seimbang. Mengapa slogan tersebut diganti? Karena slogan 4 Sehat 5 Sempurna dianggap sudah tidak memenuhi perkembangan dan pemenuhan gizi manusia masa kini.<\/p>\n<p>Pedoman Gizi Seimbang memiliki 4 poin yang harus dijalani agar kebutuhan gizi sobat sehat terpenuhi:<\/p>\n<p>1. Mengkonsumsi makanan beragam, misalnya konsumsi ikan yang mengandung banyak protein namun sedikit kalori dengan buah dan sayur yang kaya akan serat, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.k24klik.com\/cariObat\/vitamin\">vitamin<\/a><\/span>, dan mineral namun rendah protein dan kalori.<\/p>\n<p>2. Membiasakan berperilaku hidup bersih seperti, menggunakan alas kaki saat keluar rumah, menutup mulut dan hidung ketika bersin, menutup makanan agar tidak dihinggapi lalat, dan mencuci tangan dengan sabun saat hendak makan atau setelah buang air besar dan kecil.<\/p>\n<p>3. Melakukan aktifitas fisik, yakni rajin bergerak dan berolahraga rutin.<\/p>\n<p>4. Mempertahankan dan memantau berat badan agar sesuai dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Sedangkan protein dibutuhkan tubuh untuk memperbaiki dan membuat sel-sel baru. Kwashiorkor ditandai dengan adanya pembengkakan di bagian bawah kulit (edema) akibat terlalu banyaknya cairan dalam jaringan tubuh yang umumnya dimulai pada kaki.<br \/>\nGejala tersebut diikuti dengan kondisi berikut:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rambut yang kering, jarang, dan rapuh bahkan dapat berubah warna menjadi putih atau kuning kemerahan.<\/li>\n<li>Bercak merah pada kulit yang berubah gelap atau mengelupas.<\/li>\n<li>Mudah marah.<\/li>\n<li>Kelelahan dan mengantuk.<\/li>\n<li>Tubuh tidak berkembang.<\/li>\n<li>Perut membesar.<\/li>\n<li>Infeksi yang terjadi terus menerus akibat rusaknya kekebalan tubuh.<\/li>\n<li>Kuku pecah.<\/li>\n<li>Perubahan pigmen kulit.<\/li>\n<li>Penurunan massa otot.<\/li>\n<li>Diare.<\/li>\n<li>Berat dan tinggi tidak bertambah.<\/li>\n<li>Ruam atau dermatitis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kwasiorkor berat dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya berbagai penyakit hingga mengancam nyawa.<\/p>\n<p>Nah, sobat sehat, menjaga asupan kita agar memenuhi pedoman gizi seimbang itu penting.
