Selain sebagai sumber protein tinggi, mengkonsumsi telur saat sahur juga membuat sobat sehat kenyang lebih lama dan memenuhi kebutuhan energi selama puasa.<\/p>\n<p>Cara mengolah telur pun sangat mudah. Campurkan sedikit garam ke dalam telur dan kocok lepas hingga merata, lalu goreng hingga matang. Sobat sehat juga bisa menambahkan beberapa bahan lain agar lebih sedap dan lezat, seperti bawang merah dan bawang putih, irisan sosis, atau daging cincang.<\/p>\n<p>Jika bosan dengan telur dadar, sobat sehat juga dapat membuat baked egg avocado.
